About Infiniti G37 Alternator
The alternator is driven by belts in the engine, where it produces an alternating current, which is converted internally to 12 volts direct current by the diode bridge or rectifiers. When the Infiniti G37 alternator begins to fail, the car might run off the battery's stored energy, until the battery dies. Usually, that will determine if the Infiniti G37 alternator isn't putting out the proper voltage or amperage, or if the diodes inside the part are shot. Every Infiniti alternator we sell is designed for the specific model that it fits, and all parts on our rebuilt units are fully inspected and replaced where necessary.
