How to Replace the Blower Motor and its Assembly on Infiniti G35?

To replace the blower motor, first remove the lower instrument panel insulator below the glove box and detach the electrical connector from the blower motor. Then remove the mounting screws and lower the blower motor out of the housing. If either the fan is damaged, the entire unit must be replaced as an assembly. Installation is the reverse of removal.
